Project: COVID-19 SME Innovation and Digitalization Support Scheme

Implemented by the Ghana Enterprise Agency, with support from Invest for Jobs of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Support Scheme sought to provide Ghanaian SMEs with digital solutions as a strategy to adapt to emerging market demands brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, thereby ensuring business continuity and improving the efficiency of their operations. Zlutions was contracted to develop an online operational visibility (including social media), for virtual engagement and service marketing, for selected SMEs under the program. Our team of technical experts carried out the following activities for the SMEs:
- Developed informational websites
- Created social media accounts for digital engagement of customers
- Proactively created editorial content
- Developed comprehensive year-round social media content calendar
- Developed holistic social media strategy and account growth framework
- Trained account holders to actively engage with online audiences
- Generated and analyzed reports on web traffic and KPIs, using Google Analytics and other social media focused analytics’ channels
Assignment: Office Setup and Logistics
Status : Completed
Using a layout plan, our logistics team led the setup of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) office, using a layout plan. This included procurement and installation of fixtures, furniture and equipment.
Project: Preserving and improving skills and human capital in the coronavirus pandemic
and beyond - Training/ retraining component of the National Unemployment Insurance Scheme (NUIS)

The Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Social Partnership Council is implementing a National Training and Retraining Programme as part of measures to assist workers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The initiative forms part of the Ghana Covid-19 Alleviation and Revitalization of Enterprises and Support (Ghana CARES “OBAATAN PA‘) Programme and is intended to offer affected workers opportunities to enroll in training programmes that will preserve and upgrade their skills; Zlutions has been contracted as a partner to enroll and train workers in the hospitality and tourism sector, in line with the project’s objectives.
